Rules and Regulations for ordering JOS International(characters' apparel)

For this one, it will a bit different from ordering direct from Japan because this can be considered as costume making. So I applied the rules of costume making that I helped my friends at few years ago. So hope you all will read carefully. =)

1. As usual, you will be having 2 payments, but for this time, 1st payment is deposit that I will set the price of deposit on here and you have to pay the deposit in full. After that, when the clothes is done and ready to be shipped to my place, then I will collect the 2nd payment from you. And also will be giving you the costume.
2. Please, please. PLEASE do not rush us about the costumes. The costumes need to be done up to two(2) months after I close the pre-order, because my supplier not only just do my bulk orders, but also other peoples' orders around the world. Be considerate and give high patience to us. I give you my promises so you also give some faiths to me, ok? =D
3. The size is fixed(means, I will make the size from size S till 3XL, and the size is according Asian size, so for people who are from USA, for example, if your size is L, then you let me know that you are taking XL size but not L because normally Asian's size is smaller than USA's people size lol =P), and we will not be doing custom made size order. It is because I want to make my orders easier to be done, and also, making custom made order need to pay extra money. Which one is cheaper for you? You can think twice about it.
4. There will be no changes of size, back out or anything that make everyone messy after I close and submit the orders. Be responsible for anything yea. =)
5. The payment can be done via bank-in(for Malaysia(Maybank) and Singapore(POSB)) or paypal(for other countries).
6. The price that stated is not fixed, it just a rough price for your reference because I need to depends on how many orders I can get. More people = price lesser.
7. Last but not least, don't ask anything that make me dizzy or not even related with the things I want to sell. I may not reply for it. Be smart, because we are human, not wild animal yea. =P

How the 2nd payment will be counted

I think many of you are wondering that how I counted for 2nd payment, so here it is.

Since I just only count the item price at 1st payment, that means all other payments will be done at 2nd payment.

The 2nd payment will be included:
1. Shipping fee (I will use EMS, and it will be from 900 yen for 1st 300g, and will be divided depends how many people order in a parcel)
2. Japan local domestic fee and bank-in fee (normally will be 800 yen in total or will be divided if at same website to purchase)
3. Commission, normally will be 10% from item price, or lower than that percentage depends on any situation.
4. Custom sales tax (I always will argue with kastam people for this price to make this one go lower so everyone can get cheap price for expensive stuff, normally I try to let my Japan services to tick "gift" so there's no custom tax XP)
5. COD fee/poslaju fee (if needed)

Why I have 2 payment? Can't we do just a payment for you?

I have my reason that I do 2 payments instead of one payment.

it's very quite special that you see I will get 2 payments from customers. After I get the things from Japan, you get the security for not paying the shipping fee, so you know I won't run away. At the same time, you paid full payment for the items, and so I have the security that you won't run away. All and all, it is both parties benefiting.

Make sense right? That's one and only one reason for that. Thanks. =D

How to do your payment(now even buyer from other than Malaysia also can purchase from me in same way!!)

You will be needed to do 2 payments to me when you are interested to buy anything from me.

1st payment will be the item(s) price payment.
2nd payment will be shipping fees and commission(10% or RM10 depends which is higher) payment.

When you are confirmed to buy the item, I will send email to you about my payment detail. I only have Maybank for now.

You have 2 methods for paying me 2nd payment. 1st method is during COD, 2nd method is before I post the item for you by Poslaju. In 1st method, you can hand to me the money when I give you the item(s) you are purchased. In 2nd method, you are required to bank-in the money to me the shipping fee including the Poslaju fee when the item(s) arrive at my place.

If you're from other than Malaysia, you also can do payment by Western Union to me. However, if there's cash transfer charges, please pay it yourself, not me to pay it. It is because I will know the exact amount you pay. If you pay short, then I will add it into 2nd payment or I will hold your order until you pay the amount in full. And also, exclusive for buyers from out of Malaysia, you have your right to choose:
1. EMS,
2. Registered Airmail, or
3. Fedex,
for your international shipping to your place.

How I count the shipping fee?

I know many people keep asking me the same question about shipping fee, so I think I put at here, so no more asking again.

About shipping fee, I can't really tell you since I have to depends how many orders I have in a batch/parcel.
I just can tell you that I will use EMS to get my order. So it's faster, safer and trackable for everyone and myself.
The price is moderate for everyone, so not too worry. I will be using weighted average to count everyone's shipping fee. So it's fair to everyone.
