1st payment(item price) payment will be changed from 21st February 2011!! Please take note!!
The 1st payment(item price) for the item are same with the YAJ's 1st payment, that is:
1. If your item price is 3500 yen and below, your 1st payment will be:
item price in yen * 1.05(credit card charges) * 0.038(by right now exchange rate) + RM7(bank-in fee in Japan side) = your 1st payment in RM
2. If your item price is above 3500 yen, your 1st payment will be:
item price in yen * 1.1(credit card charges + bank-in fee in Japan side) * 0.038(by right now exchange rate) = your 1st payment in RM
Please take note for this, thanks, and have a nice online shopping. =D

(new rule added) How to count item price(1st payment) for the item purchased from YAJ and other webstores?
1. If your item price is 3500 yen and below, your 1st payment will be:
item price in yen * 1.05(credit card charges) * 0.033(by right now exchange rate) + RM15(bank-in fee in Japan side + Japan side commission) = your 1st payment in RM
2. If your item price is above 3500 yen, your 1st payment will be:
item price in yen * 1.1(credit card charges + bank-in fee in Japan side) * 0.033(by right now exchange rate) + RM8(Japan side commission)= your 1st payment in RM
All 1st payment will be counted individually, even though the items are coming from the same webstore, or same seller for YAJ.
2nd payment is the shipping fee(local shipping fee within Japan and international shipping from Japan to my place) + commission taken by me(RM10 or 10% from 1st payment, whichever is higher). This one only will be counted when the item(s) is/are ready to be shipped from Japan to my place, and this will be counted as cumulated if you buy more than one item within same week from me.
Hint: Normally I will do the posting twice a month, one at mid of the month, and one at end of the month. You can try to plan the time if you want to. And also I will depends on the factor that limited items released date.
Please take note for this, thanks, and have a nice online shopping. =D

How the 2nd payment will be counted
I think many of you are wondering that how I counted for 2nd payment, so here it is.
Since I just only count the item price at 1st payment, that means all other payments will be done at 2nd payment.
The 2nd payment will be included:
1. Shipping fee (I will use EMS, and it will be from 900 yen for 1st 300g, and will be divided depends how many people order in a parcel)
2. Japan local domestic fee and bank-in fee (normally will be 800 yen in total or will be divided if at same website to purchase)
3. Commission, normally will be 10% from item price, or lower than that percentage depends on any situation.
4. Custom sales tax (I always will argue with kastam people for this price to make this one go lower so everyone can get cheap price for expensive stuff, normally I try to let my Japan services to tick "gift" so there's no custom tax XP)
5. COD fee/poslaju fee (if needed)
You can always ask me if you any doubt for this matter. Thanks.

Why I have 2 payment? Can't we do just a payment for you?
it's very quite special that you see I will get 2 payments from customers. After I get the things from Japan, you get the security for not paying the shipping fee, so you know I won't run away. At the same time, you paid full payment for the items, and so I have the security that you won't run away. All and all, it is both parties benefiting.
Make sense right? That's one and only one reason for that. Thanks. =D
How to do your payment(now even buyer from other than Malaysia also can purchase from me in same way!!)
1st payment will be the item(s) price payment.
2nd payment will be shipping fees and commission(10% or RM10 depends which is higher) payment.
When you are confirmed to buy the item, I will send email to you about my payment detail. I only have Maybank for now.
You have 2 methods for paying me 2nd payment. 1st method is during COD, 2nd method is before I post the item for you by Poslaju. In 1st method, you can hand to me the money when I give you the item(s) you are purchased. In 2nd method, you are required to bank-in the money to me the shipping fee including the Poslaju fee when the item(s) arrive at my place.
If you're from other than Malaysia, you also can do payment by Western Union to me. However, if there's cash transfer charges, please pay it yourself, not me to pay it. It is because I will know the exact amount you pay. If you pay short, then I will add it into 2nd payment or I will hold your order until you pay the amount in full. And also, exclusive for buyers from out of Malaysia, you have your right to choose:
1. EMS,
2. Registered Airmail, or
3. Fedex,
for your international shipping to your place.
More rules will be added soon.
